What is UrbanStay?
We provide fully furnished accommodation for students, young professionals and long-term travellers. With minimum stays of only 3 months, we provide a flexible option for people staying in Melbourne for work or Uni.
Where are your locations?
We have properties in excellent locations around Melbourne, all within 10km to the CBD. Conveniently located, near public amenities like parks, supermarkets, shopping strips and transport. We also service Monash University Caulfield Campus with numerous housing options for students.
What is the minimum stay?
We require for all members to stay at least 3 months.
What are the terms for rent payments?
All rents are paid in advance and will be collected monthly or fortnightly or weekly
Are your the properties fully furnished? Can I bring my stuff?
Our properties are fully furnished (beds- linens and blanket are not included, desk+chair, lamp, bedside table, cupboard and in most rooms a 32 inch LED TV). We also provide cutelry and cleaning supplies, complete will all appliances in all properties. Bringing of small personal belongings is allowed.

If I am renting a room, are bills included in the rent?
Yes. This includes unlimited WiFi, water, gas, electricity, professional cleaners(for shared houses) and never-ending cleaning supplies! like wipes, sprays and cleaning products.
How much is the bond?
Bond is equal to 2 weeks of rent. It is fully refundable at the end of every lease.
What if I want to continue renting, after my lease has ended?
We accept lease extension requests. We just require a 4 weeks notice prior to moving out(This include tenants ending lease).
I am not in Australia right now. Is it possible to pre book?
