PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS AND USE ONLY THE AUTHORISED TRADESPERSON LISTED BELOW
STEP -1
Call or Send a text on ‘Whatsapp’ to the Urbanstay team OR to the House Whatsapp Group with the following:
- Type of problem that needs to be fixed
- Picture or any images related to the problem
- Property Address for reference
In case Urbanstay Team does not reply within 3 hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm proceed to Step-2
STEP -2
If the Urbanstay team does not respond to any of the above steps, Please get in touch with the handyman directly. Ben Rose - Whatsapp or Call.

Please send a picture of the item that needs to be fixed with the Property address and a time for him to attend.
NOTE: If you call during the Weekend and the matter is deemed “not urgent” it will be attended to during Weekdays.
Our Handyman is authorized to perform minor fixings such as;
- GENERAL - Door handles, Broken doors, Curtains, Windows etc.
- PLUMBING - Fixing leaking taps, showers, toilet flush, unclog minor blocks
- ELECTRICAL- Fixing wall socket, switch boards, changing blown out fuse, minor appliance repair, washer/dryer fixing
For any MAJOR EMERGENCY please get in touch with the Authorized Person listed below. Proceed to Step-3.

LOST KEY OR LOCK OUT
Doron - Locksmith - 0476210501.
Please call or text Doron to attend. He will charge based on what the issue is. If the problem is not a tenant’s fault, Urbanstay will cover the cost. If the issue is from the tenant’s side, the tenant has to pay the locksmith directly.
If you lose your key or lock yourself out of your room, it will cost $20 for us to replace the key and $50 to open the door. Payable on spot via Bank transfer to the Person attending.
Call-out fee for opening your room will be charged $50 between 9 AM to 6 PM and $100 between 6 PM to 9 AM Weekdays and Weekends, payable on the spot to the person attending.
In the event the Urbanstay team is unavailable, the tenant will have to organize a locksmith to attend the property (see contact above). All locksmith charges are payable on the spot to the locksmith by the tenant.
